By inquiring about a crested gecko you are agreeing to the following terms:

We will request photos of your enclosure(s) when handling inquiries, the future care of our geckos is our number one priority.

PAYMENT

We may request money order be overnighted to us via FedEx Priority Overnight DSR. (large transactions)
We only accept online payment through Venmo.
We do not offer payment plans at this time.
No holds without full payment.
All sales are final, no refunds.

SHIPPING

Shipping within the USA only, we do not ship internationally at this time.
We only ship when weather permits, no exceptions.
Local delivery available, we’re located in Winter Haven, Florida.

All shipments are through FedEx(priority overnight, AM delivery) We ship from our hub directly to yours. We will not ship to your doorstep. It’s your responsibility to arrive on time for pickup. Must provide photos proving that the gecko has arrived safe within 1 hour of delivery. Should something happen and your gecko arrives deceased a full refund will be offered.

TAIL DROPS

Tail drops are very common in crested geckos, it does NOT regenerate on this species of gecko.
Tail drops do not affect the health of the gecko. No refunds will be offered, even if this happens during shipping.
